Creating Calm, Order, and flow

I’ve always been someone who keeps things running in the background. As a child, I was quiet and observant. Later, in retail, I became the person who spotted the details, solved the problems, and supported the people who made it all work.

That same thread runs through my business today. Whether I’m supporting a mentoring program, helping a community connect, or making tech less overwhelming for my clients, my greatest strength is creating calm, order, and flow, so they can shine.

Supporting Purpose-Driven Programs and Communities

For over 30 years, I worked in retail as an administration/assistant manager. My role was to keep stores profitable by minimising losses, streamlining operations, and helping staff succeed. I learned to lead teams, grow new business, and balance big-picture goals with the small details that make it all possible.

In 2019, I stepped into the virtual assistant world. Since then, I’ve supported purpose-driven organisations, mentoring programs, and communities across the globe. I’ve learned new systems, adapted to new tech, and found what I truly love: helping women-led, mission-driven teams keep their programs and communities running smoothly.

On A Personal Note

I’m based in Cape Town, South Africa, and when I’m not working, you’ll often find me planning or working on my next craft project, enjoying a good book, or simply appreciating quiet moments with my husband and two Jack Russells.

Nothing gives me grater pleasure than helping others and my work is about more than ticking off tasks. It’s about helping women-led communities grow and thrive – because when you’re free to focus on your mission, you create more impact in the world. And I’d be honoured to be part of that.
