How I Work
I partner with a small number of retainer clients (usually 3–5 at a time). This allows me to give consistent, reliable support without spreading myself too thin.
I typically work with:
- Women-led programs, communities, and mentoring circles
- Small, purpose-driven teams who want reliable behind-the-scenes help
- Leaders who value relationship and trust over corporate formalities
Every client relationship is unique, but my role is usually a mix of:
- Community & Program Support (events, member care, communication)
- Mentorship Program Coordination (behind-the-scenes setup, scheduling, reminders)
- Tech, Tools & Admin support (platforms, newsletters, organising resources)
What You Can Expect
